At Tiff's Eatz we are dedicated to providing our customers with delicious meals but sometimes it helps if those meals are readily available. We offer a meal prep plan where our customers can pay on a flexible weekly schedule and enjoy the taste of the foods we prepare. Our Meal Prep menu is open weekly Wednesdays through Fridays. Our Meal Prep services are super convenient for our clients at an affordable price. We can tailor any package to fit you and your budget along with your dietary needs.

Customization

Meals are prepared weekly but we can work with clients on an individual basis to discuss a health plan that works for you.

Flexibility

Meal Prep can be purchased each week in as little as 2 meals a week. Meals are for pick-up only on Sundays and Mondays.

Nutrition

Healthy meal plan options are available weekly. We even offer cold press juices to help jumpstart your next cleanse, detox or intermittent fasting schedule.
